Life is learning, trying and most of all... tasting! We get our inspiration on the road. The lonely traveler, staring at the frozen landscape of the prairies and Mount Rubson with a Cool Breeze cocktail; the backpacker in the Sierra Nevada celebrating new friendships with a Sangria lemon&honey; two lovers at the Piazza della Signoria toasting to the eternity of their sweet struggle with a Peach d'Amout; the caravanserais on the Silk Road where liters of wodka are traded...

We go in search of lost time as Proust would say, and turn familiar flavours into a witches brew that will make your memories merge and mingle into a completely new experience. Some of the cocktails we can serve you at any location: mojito, caipirinha, margarita, daiquiri, tequila sunrise, white russian, piña colada, metro- and cointreaupolitan, sex on the beach, Gento... or you can choose from one of our own cocktail creations: Caïpi Peterman Berries, Caïpi Peterman Agrum, Absolut Metro mojito, Label 5 Blue Brussels, Peterman Intens chocktail, Poliakov Retropolitan, Peterman Cool Breeze... As well as non-alcoholic cocktails.
