The tradition of discovering and refining magical brews goes back to the beginnings of man. Three thousand years ago, Greeks already knew how to mix herbs, honey and salt water into their wine. The advent of sugar in Europe during the late middle ages opened a new chapter for the production of mixed drinks. Cock-ale, kaketal, coquetel, Xochitl or cocktails... the history of combining spirits reaches far and wide. In Shakespeare's age, one spoke of 'drink du jour' like we speak of cocktails today.

Anyhow; if you want to make cocktails, you need to learn the skill of combining and mixing. Shake, blend, stir and build. Bartenders-on-the-Road are the masters of just that! You can come to us for contemporary as well as classical cocktail creations. We're Cocktail Artists - adept students at the noble art of Mixology. We undertake a constant search for new flavor combinations and improvements to existing recipes. Our holy grail are spectacular new cocktails to titillate and satisfy our customers with.

By creating cocktails we nog only want to encourage you to get to know cocktails and to enjoy them at home. We can also initiate you into the mystique of cocktails, so you can learn to appreciate them as a whole when you drink them. Like a work of art, or a glass of excellent wine - an experience you can repeat endlessly and yet is different every time.

Many cocktails and long drinks have com e and gone, and yet we always manage to create original Cocktail Art for our customers.
